Vitalium Credits power our healing exchange economy. Supporters use credits to access, gift, or invest in future healings. Healers receive credits as gratitude for their work and can use them for personal healing or income.

Investing In Your Healing Health

</aside>

Credit purchases are an investment in your (and loved ones) healing health. We expect the value of our healings to increase over time as demand grows and our credit sales model rewards our early members by allowing them to invest in their health.

How Credits Work

</aside>

Credits are required to access healings through our marketplace. Healings are priced in USD but paid in credits.

Supporters purchase credits to:

• Bid for current healing sessions
• Gift healings to loved ones
• Hold credits for future use—protecting against rising prices and enhancing long-term healthspan

Healers receive credits in exchange for performing healings

• Credits can be used to receive healing for themselves
• Credits can be sold to generate income
• Credits may appreciate in value over time

Dynamic Pricing

• Credit price increases by $0.10 after every 100,000 credits sold.

  Example:

  • You buy 1,000 credits at $1 = $1,000
  • When the market price reaches $3 per credit, your credits are now worth $3,000 in healing value

Transfers & Gifting

</aside>

• Credits can be transferred to any user account with no fee
• Gifting credits allows others to access healing directly

Selling Credits

</aside>

• Credits can be sold back to the exchange
• To sell, add your credit amount to resell waitlist queue
• When new purchases are made, up to 50% of new credit sales are used to buy from the waitlist:
  • 25% from Base-Level members
  • 25% from High-Level members
• A 20% transaction fee applies to all resell proceeds.

Example:

• You sell 1,000 credits at $3 = $3,000
• After the 20% fee, you receive $2,400

• Funds are added to your wallet and can be transferred to your bank
• Sellers must complete KYC and link a bank account
• A 1099 tax form will be issued for all earnings through the platform
