While tens of thousands practice this form of qigong, these lineage secrets remain private, shared with only a select few each generation. These secrets encompass advanced energy powers and healing abilities that have been carefully guarded by a single person throughout history, passed only to the next lineage holder for 20 generations. Our practice preserves this lineage and its wisdom while thoughtfully balancing the application of this knowledge.
Despite atrocious events targeting the Shaolin temple and lineage holders, these guardians have managed to preserve this essential knowledge for over 1,000 years. We believe many other remarkable healing traditions have disappeared throughout history.
